Job Description: The IT and Systems Administrator/Project Coordinator is responsible for troubleshooting system issues and acting as a liaison between our various technology and software providers and the operations and executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first line of technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Effectively escalate and communicate IT systems issues with technology vendors
- Coordinate and manage ongoing IT projects
- Provide basic software training, tricks, and tips for a technologically efficient team
- Manage and maintain phone tree and phone systems
- Research and assist in the implementation of new software and hardware
- Assist with the creation and manipulation of large data spreadsheets and power point presentations
- Maintain library electronics databases and templates
Qualifications:
Required:
- Prior ResWare or similar title or closing software experience
- Highly motivated team player and strong individual performer
- Driven to efficiently use technology to streamline processes
- Detail oriented with strong analytical, organizational, follow-up and time management skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Ability to make complex and time sensitive decisions within company guidelines
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers, clients, and vendors
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Hybrid role in Salt Lake City/Park City area
