As a Real Estate Closing Table Representative, you will play a critical role in facilitating and finalizing real estate transactions, including refinances, purchases, and sales. You will ensure all documents are complete and accurate, assist with problem-solving, and provide an exceptional closing experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the closing process for refinances, real estate purchases, and sales.
- Inspect closing documents for errors, omissions, or necessary additions.
- Accurately notarize and date any pages requiring a notary acknowledgment.
- Address questions and assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the closing.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure follow-up tasks are completed efficiently.

- Exceptional organization and time management skills

Education, Licensure, and Experience
- Completion of a high school diploma
- 0 to 1 year of data entry experience
- Licensed Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Virginia or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire
- Ability to obtain Virginia Title Insurance Licensure within 90 days of hire
