What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Coordinator position at Tito's Handmade Vodka?
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Coordinator who is detail-oriented, able to manage complex systems, and who has excellent communication and analytical skills. Inventory coordinators can expect to work with associated documentation, complete tasks alone and in teams, manage multiple inventories, and report to and advise department management.
Successful Inventory Coordinators should have excellent time-management skills, and knowledge of organizational techniques. Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of PVF (pipe, valve, and fittings) and IFS inventory management software.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels.
- Organizes and arranges current inventory in a manner that is consistent with IFS and industry standards.
- Processes purchasing requisitions as required.
- Performs physical count of inventory.
- Assists Distillery Fabrication and Maintenance Departments with inventory transactions.
- Log daily inventory transaction activities in IFS.
- Comply with good manufacturing practices, safety, and audit standards.
- Work independently under limited supervision.
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience. Previous experience in PVF (Pipe, Valve, and Fitting) inventory management preferred.
- Experience with inventory management software, IFS experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 lb.
- Frequent standing or sitting for long durations.
