Working hours go from 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday . Your first day is January 1st, 2025 .
By skillfully managing crucial administrative and bookkeeping functions, you help our shop remain successful and continue to serve our valued customers. You're motivated to complete timely, accurate work, and you give every task your best effort. Attentively, you handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and banking responsibilities. You also manage customer invoicing and oversee payroll, ensuring all our financial records are organized and accurate.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We're looking for an Admin Assistant - Bookkeeper who is organized, detail-oriented, communicative, and great at customer service. A strong work ethic would be preferred. If that sounds like you, and you meet the following qualifications, you could be the person we need for this bookkeeping role!
- 2 years of relevant experience
- QuickBooks proficiency
