Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media platforms and campus recruitment initiatives, to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and assist in training development for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS and UltiPro.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment agencies.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to enhance the hiring process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting or HR sourcing, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS, UltiPro) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and best practices in recruiting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
- Background in campus recruitment or contract recruiting is advantageous.
