Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time shop mechanic who is well-versed in diagnosing and working on our diverse fleet. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance and repair of heavy equipment and trucks.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of heavy equipment and trucks.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
- Collaborate with the asset/maintenance director and field mechanic.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a mechanic for heavy equipment and trucks.
- Strong diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
