Benefits Analyst
The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.
Our Benefits Center of Expertise (CoE) manages all aspects of benefits programs and processes including health, retirement, paid time off, and work/life offerings. The Benefits Analyst supports the processes in the design, administration, and delivery of a variety of complex benefits programs, as well as acts as an internal consultant to engage and educate Associates regarding the benefits that are available to them.
A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously that will be reviewed by senior leadership. Further, thinking critically, analyzing effectively and communicating efficiently is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborates with internal and external team members and other stakeholders (e.g., HRIS, IT, shared services, finance, legal, benefit vendors, consultants, etc.) on the execution of benefits programs.
- Participates in cyclical administration of processes that may include open enrollment planning, annual disclosures, benefit plan renewals, union contract negotiations, and weekly benefit plan payroll reconciliations.
- Supports complex benefit program execution, including health, life, disability, retirement, paid time off, and well-being.
- Provides benefits consulting support to certain internal business clients, including shared services, HRBPs, HRIS, Labor Relations, and DC teams.
- Supports projects related to changing regulations and ongoing compliance requirements.
- Participates in the development and implementation of new program offerings.
- Troubleshoots issues or problems and identifies and shares solutions.
- Participates in communicating and educating internal partners and Associates on benefit program offerings.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years of experience with either benefits administration or similar analytical process experience such as in a finance or related function
- Ability to flex and adapt to a fast pace, changing work environment
- Strong analytical and project management skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a matrix-managed environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
- Knowledge of company policies/procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels

This position has a starting salary range of $60,500 to $75,600 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
