TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager located in Atlanta, GA.
The Human Resources (HR) Manager serves as an experienced generalist and business partner to specific departments within the organization driving HR initiatives that align with business goals. The HR Manager will provide leadership in talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning, ensuring the delivery of value-added services to both leaders and employees. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics to deliver measurable outcomes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the HR strategy to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Advise leaders on HR matters, including performance management, talent management, compliance, and organizational development.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-informed recommendations to management.
- Implement staffing, onboarding, skill development, and succession planning programs to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Execute HR objectives with a focus on operational efficiency, ensuring initiatives translate into measurable business impact.
- Coach managers and employees on employee relations, talent initiatives, and cultural change to foster a high-performance environment.
- Partner with business leaders as a strategic sparring partner to address challenges, align HR strategies with business needs, and drive workforce productivity and cultural transformation.
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, Masters preferred
- Human Resource certification preferred
- 8 years of progressive responsibility experience in Human Resources
- Master Degree in Business or related field, preferred
- 3 years in a supervisory role, preferred
- Proven experience and expertise across the core HR Areas required for the role, including federal, state and city regulations
- Professional maturity and the ability to work under general supervision to organize and prioritize work, with high level of accuracy and handle highly confidential information
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience driving insights from HR Data
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated growth mindset
- Experience working with leave of absence processes, ADA, FMLA, etc…
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen effectively and communicate in a clear yet empathetic manner
- Effective collaborator who builds strong relationships with HR Partners and business leaders
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Comfortable solving complex problems while navigating ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to be a sparring partner that challenges respectfully and share perspective
