TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Manager Strategic National Accounts.
Responsible for providing targeted customers with individual and timely support based on their specific needs. This role will also enhance customer relationships as it will provide an increased level of TK Elevator commitment to their accounts.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Building strong customer relationships and maintaining market movement and competitor’s positions and strategies.
- Providing direct customer service support to current National Accounts, particularly those with saturated portfolios.
- Tracking customer’s current contract term and extending where appropriate with a focus on keeping current customers from going to bid with their portfolios.
- Proactively approach customer to make service recommendations that will increase repair sales.
- Growing the customer’s portfolio organically as the customer grows.
- Development of small accounts that have previously been looked over due to portfolio size.
Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree or; 3-5 years of related experience or training or; an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum five (5) years service and repair sales experience
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred
- Background in facilitating large scale projects involving a multitude of people and documentation.
- Experience with customer service account management, sales and office administration necessary.
- CRM systems experience.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A cultivated attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint abilities
- Experience with facilities management.
