TK Elevator is seeking a Talent Management Intern - Summer 2025 Internship in Atlanta, GA .
This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Talent Management & Development while supporting various programs and initiatives that impact the organization's talent strategy
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Supporting Talent Management programs and initiatives to ensure effective implementation where needed
- Assisting with activities related to the talent review and performance management processes , including data tracking and reporting.
- Monitoring and tracking engagement survey action plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensuring training data is accurately uploaded and maintained in the Learning Management System (LMS) .
- Helping to ensure the Talent Management SharePoint page is updated and accessible.
- Help tracking of progress for the various deliverables within GM Excellence Program and other High Potentials Programs .
- Other Day-to-day department responsibilities as assigned by supervisor and / or department head
