TK Orthodontics, previously known as Havens Orthodontics, is a fast-paced, expanding practice. We are a family-oriented orthodontic office seeking dedicated team members who are enthusiastic about supporting patient transformations and thrive in a collaborative, close-knit work environment. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic orthodontic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing patient treatment plans, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial consultation to treatment completion. This position requires a bilingual individual with exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in dental or orthodontic settings

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with dental providers and patients to ensure clarity and understanding of procedures.
• Utilize internal software for scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing treatment documentation.
• Ability to present treatment plans and associated fees in a clear, professional, and concise manner.
• Conduct insurance verification to confirm coverage and benefits for patients prior to treatment.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations during all patient interactions.
• Manage phone systems effectively, addressing inquiries from patients regarding treatments, insurance, and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment that promotes patient comfort and safety.
• Provide support in the orthodontic office setting by assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an orthodontic or dental office is preferred, with a strong understanding of tasks and procedures relevant to the practice.
• Electronic health record systems are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of dental/orthodontic coding principles and insurance verification processes is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong mathematical skills are essential for this position
• Experience with phone systems and customer service is advantageous.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
