This role is for a candidate that has several years of experience handling large client and their entities, more specifically in the entertainment industry. Able to build relationships with their clients and provide support to the client and their teams as needed. In addition, the candidate will have experience of full charge bookkeeping and have some light tax knowledge. The ability to compile financial reports is a plus. In this role the account manager will supervise bookkeepers and will provide training and support as needed.
Role Responsibilities
· Interface with clients and their teams daily
· Supervise and manage account executives, train as needed
· Act as approver in Datafaction workflow
· Review general ledgers on a periodic basis
· Assist in onboarding new clients
· Maintain cash flow reporting for clients
· Work with Staff Accountant to ensure book accuracy
· Assist with asset purchases and record them on the books
· Draft/Review commission schedules
· Liaison with Insurance and Payroll agencies
· Tour accounting as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
