Essential Job Functions:

Lead and manage the kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure a high standard of food preparation and presentation.

Develop and design innovative menus that align with the restaurant's concept, seasonality, and guest preferences.

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Monitor food inventory and order supplies, ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining adequate stock levels.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and training to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth communication and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar senior culinary role, with a minimum of 5-7 years in the industry.

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices.
