The Bilingual Staffing Coordinator is responsible for managing the recruitment, onboarding, and placement of bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates for various client positions. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Placement:
- Source and screen qualified bilingual candidates for various roles, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, and reference checks to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability.
- Match candidates to appropriate job openings based on skills and client needs.

Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company and client policies.
- Conduct orientations to prepare candidates for assignments and familiarize them with expectations.
- Collect and process necessary documentation, including identification, work eligibility, and any required certifications.

Client Relations:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing staffing needs, concerns, and inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing well-matched, quality candidates and responding to feedback.

Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the staffing database and relevant tracking tools.
- Handle timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination for assigned candidates.
- Generate and manage reports related to staffing metrics, client satisfaction, and candidate performance.

Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all placements comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a safe working environment and address any safety-related concerns with both candidates and clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
