First shift Pallet Wrapper

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Worker to join our team for a first shift. This role involves Wrapping incoming pallets and using a pallet jack to load the pallets into the trucks to be shipped out. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, be able to handle physically demanding work, and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pallet wrapper: Efficiently wrap incoming pallets according to company standards, ensuring proper labeling, boxing, and wrapping for safe shipment.
• Packer: Accurately pack orders based on customer specifications using order slips or RF scanners.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe workspace.
• Collaboration: Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience required, with knowledge of wrapping pallets.
• Ability to use a pallet jack and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking, packing.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Must be reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work first shift hours (typically from [start time] to [end time], including weekends if required).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and walk.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a physically demanding role.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures depending on the warehouse environment.
