Role and Responsibilities

·        Lead and Oversee Team with Clear Communication of Expectations.

·        Coaches and Develops Employees on Proper Execution of Tasks.

·        Organize Shift Coverages for Vacations and Call Ins, Approve Timesheets Daily.

·        Reviews and Analyses Work Accomplishments, Costs, and Utilization to Evaluate Progress, Budgeting and Anticipate Possible Issues, Including Unanticipated or Emergency Requirements.

·        Manages Training Programs to Ensure Proper Operations, Preventative Maintenance, and Procedures are Followed.

·        Ensures Compliance with All Safety Procedures, Establishes and Promotes the Maintenance of a Safe, Accident-Free Work Environment.

·        Maintain Communication with Plant Manager to Assure Production Requirements are Understood.

·        Keep detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation.

·        Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations and compliances.

·        Maintain a clean and environmentally safe work area.

·        Ability to utilize skills to Improve equipment Optimization and Reliability.

·        Maintain logs, and record labor, materials and equipment used.

·        Effectively Communicate to all Team Members and Management any equipment deficiencies.

·        Meticulous Attention to detail; able to follow instruction both written and verbal.

·        Participate in Breakdown Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Focused Improvement, and 5S projects.

·        Ensure workers adhere to Local, State and Federal Codes and Regulations.

·        Perform other duties as required and serve as a back-up resource as needed.

·        Provides Any Form of Required Assistance While Carrying Out Duties.

·        Ensures Profitability is Maintained by Working within a Budget. 

·        Submits Reports in Accordance with Reporting Directives.

Requirements

·        High School Diploma or Equivalent Education; Community College or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.

·        Minimum Of 3 Years Industrial/Manufacturing Experience.

·        Must Demonstrate a Proficient Working Knowledge of Pneumatic Convey, Hydraulics, Electronics, Welding, have Excellent Problem-Solving Skills.

·        Must Have Good Oral and Written Communication Skills.

·        Possess the Following KPI’s: Results Focused, Planning and Organization, Technical Knowledge and Troubleshooting, Communications Proficiency, and Vision-Strategy.

·        Willing to Work in Rigorous Environment Including Extreme Heat, Cold, Dust, and Wet Conditions.

·        Must Be Able to Walk, Climb, Twist, Turn, Grasp, Lift, Push, Pull, Reach, Bend, Squat and Work on Platforms in Excess of 100 Feet.

·        Good Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
