We are looking for a Receptionist in Wilmington, DE. This is someone who is ready to improve the client experience by ensuring their office operations run seamlessly from day to day. The role starts at $15/hour with room for growth and opportunity for advancement!
Typical Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for greeting clients and make them feel comfortable
Answering and directing phone calls on behalf of TKO Suites
Provide recommendations and solutions according to customer needs or preferences
Maintain front desk area
Alert the management of potential issues in a timely manner
Remain calm under pressure and able to handle client issues as they arise
Complete other tasks as assigned by management team, including mail handling services, maintaining check deposits and client accounts, and conducting tours with potential clients
No Weekends!
**This role is PT and we are looking for someone available: Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 and 5:30 (exact hours will be discussed at interview)

Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma
Two years working in the service, hospitality, or administrative industry preferred
Comfortable with computer systems
Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented
Verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving ability
