TKO is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant, TKO Corporate, to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both recurring and ad-hoc accounting and financial reporting activities, while playing a key role in promoting operational excellence and financial transparency across the organization.
As a member of the Corporate Accounting team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting, Compliance, Tax, Legal, FP&A, Internal Audit, and IT. You will also work closely with the Director of Corporate Accounting and be exposed to senior management on various workstreams.

Responsibilities
- Perform several corporate accounting functions including TKO consolidation and general ledger accounting.
- Participate in a multi-year system transformation obtaining exposure to broader cross functional team and TKO business units.
- Assist with accounting activities related to Transition Services Agreements (TSA), investments, and other areas.
- Participate in the preparation of supporting schedules for various financial reporting disclosures.
- Review cash flow forecasts prepared by business units and support the Treasury function related to the cash management process.
- Perform quarterly credit compliance calculations.
- Support internal and external audit processes, including substantive and controls-based testing.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement across finance functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
- 1–5 years of progressive experience in accounting, reporting, controllership or audit roles, preferably within a public company or public accounting firm.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP; experience with consolidation and operational accounting preferred.
- Familiarity with SOX 404 compliance and internal control design and execution.
- Prior exposure to the sports, entertainment, or related industries is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP S/4 HANA, JD Edwards, NetSuite and Hubble is a plus.

Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
