As a Patient Care Associate you will represent an innovative medical company that offers nonsurgical regeneration services to individuals suffering from pain as you help individuals that are calling in to schedule appointments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls
- Answer patient questions in regards to services, prices and insurance
- Respond empathetically and politely to customer questions and concerns
- Document call appropriately in computer system
- Schedule patient for appointments and locate closest clinics
- Type/navigate mouse while holding a conversation
- Sit for long periods of time
Qualification requirements:
- High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
- Must possess excellent reading skills. This position requires the pronunciation of various medical terms.
- Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
- Comfortable working on the phone with customers
- Ability to listen to customer challenges, concerns and issues empathetically.
- Schedule requires Saturday and Sunday availability
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Must provide your own equipment
- High school Diploma or GED required
