The primary roles of the Help Desk Technician is to configure and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, tablets.
Qualifications You'll Need
- A minimum of 12 months of IT Help Desk experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of workstation hardware and Windows Operating Systems.
- Ability to be friendly/approachable and effectively communicate to solve problems and explain resolutions to all employees.
- CompTIA A and / or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
- Microsoft Intune experience.
