Your Schedule

• Availability: 2–5 weekdays (Monday–Friday).
• Hours: Between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

What We’re Looking For

• You’re 18 years old and ready to work with kids and adults.
• You’re great at communicating through text—parents love updates!
• You’ve got 1 year of childcare experience (babysitting, nannying, daycare, etc.).
• You can provide 2 references (not family members) who can vouch for your childcare skills.
• You have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• You’re ready to commit for at least 3 months.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Keeping kids safe, happy, and engaged with fun, age-appropriate activities.
• Providing care like meals, naps, and hygiene for little ones.
• Helping older kids with homework or keeping them on schedule.
• Communicating openly with parents about the day’s activities and any concerns.

What Happens If You’re Hired?

• Show proof of legal work status in the U.S.
• Complete CPR and First Aid certification (kids, infants, and adults) before starting.
• Attend a quick online orientation to get prepped and ready.
