ABOUT US:

TLC is looking for dedicated team members who share our mission, possess a strong work ethic, and enjoy making a meaningful impact in our community. We're seeking dependable, passionate individuals to join our team and support our efforts in building the recovery community. At TLC Family Resource Center, we envision a community where every child and family has access to economic, physical, social, and spiritual security. Our mission is to foster the optimal health and development of children, youth, and families in our region of New Hampshire. We achieve this through four core programs: Family Support, Youth Programs, Recovery, and Rural Outright, all designed to strengthen connections within individuals and families.

POSITION SUMMARY:

In addition to a competitive salary, TLC Family Resource Center offers employee health and dental insurance, a retirement contribution, paid trainings and certifications, mentorship and orientation for new employees, a flexible work schedule, supervision towards licensure, and generous paid time off within a supportive team environment.
