Job Description
To provide timely, courteous and efficient scheduling and dispatching of service calls. Monday - Friday with rotating night and weekend On-Call duties.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service
- Asking detailed questions to fulfill customer service requests
- Prior call center experience a plus
- Willing to take on additional work or projects
- Knowledge and understanding of scheduling and dispatch software
