Job Description
To provide immediate customer service to all external and internal customers of TLC through top notch reception of phone calls and in-person contact while doing your part to ensure that the Admin division supports the production divisions as efficiently as possible.
Job Requirements
- Answer a multi-line phone system; able to learn and use the process for routing calls.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Has technical knowledge to do data entry
- Ability to build relationships with customers, vendors and co-workers on a foundation of trust.
- Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to changes in systems or co-workers responsibilities.
- Provides exceptional customer service in the areas of answering the phone; fax and email communication; mail receipt, delivery & postage; and walk-in customer service.
