HR Supervisor
$20/hour | Full-Time

Join our team as an HR Supervisor and help lead with purpose and compassion.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily HR department operations
- Maintain communication with the management team and support coordination of new hires
- Review and screen applications, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding
- Ensure OLCR compliance and follow HIPAA procedures
- Conduct internal audits and attend meetings as needed
- Manage office supply orders and track inventory
What You’ll Need:
- 3–5 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification (or obtain within 60 days)
- Prevention and Support Certification (or obtain within 60 days)
- Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Must be at least 18 and able to lift 50 lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
