TLI Home is a leading home textiles company that specializes in importing and selling a range of product categories to Off-Price Retailers. We are looking for a highly organized Product Development professional with a strong background in production coordination to manage the seamless execution of product life cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create designs for fabrics used in Table linens, Throw, Rugs and other home textiles.
- Select materials and colors.
- Conduct research on packaging trends and technologies.
- Create packaging designs that meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and other designers.
- Create and send technical drawings and specs to Asia factories.
- Communicate with factories for tracking samples, resolving issues, and approvals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Textiles, Graphic Designing or related field.
- 10 years in Product Development in home textiles or apparel.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
