We’re looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Textile Designer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trend Analysis & Research: Identify new design, color, and product trends by leveraging resources like WGSN and competitive market analysis.
- Concept Development: Create seasonal concept and inspiration boards, mood boards, and color shade cards to guide the design team.
- CAD Designing: Create and update CAD designs and patterns for product concepts using Adobe Photoshop /Illustrator, including creating colorway options for specific design and creating original artwork designs based off inspiration.
- Customer Meetings & Show-and-Tell: Attend key customer meetings to understand their needs and present new product lines for feedback.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to deliver compelling presentations and product stories that resonate with our customers
Skills Required:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
• 4 years of experience working in home fashion textile design
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textiles or related field preferred
• Complete knowledge of Photoshop (Illustrator a plus)
• Complete knowledge of indexing artwork & creating repeats
• Good color sense to create colorways
• Experience with jacquards and woven textiles is a plus
• Must have ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: Commensurate with Experience (Base Salary Bonus)
