Role Summary : As an Administrative Clerk, reporting to the Human Resources Specialist under general direction of the Director of Administrative Services, you will serve as the first point of contact for THRHA, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient office operations.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist guests, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Provide responsive and professional customer service via phone.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail flow.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies.
- Manage conference room calendars and notices of use.
- Coordinate travel itineraries for executives.
- Collaborate with team members and management to support organizational goals.
