The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of active experience as a Task Manager, overseeing a team of similar size and complexity. This role is critical for ensuring the successful execution of projects that align with the Organization’s Mission, Vision, and Strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Assist with the hiring and interviewing process, identifying candidates who possess the appropriate skills and qualifications.
- Maintain and enhance the skillset of the team to support legacy products and modernization efforts.
- Provide oversight and direction for various tasks and projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Continuously assess team performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between team members and upper management, facilitating clear communication and addressing any concerns or challenges.

Requirements

- 5-10 years of experience as an active Task Manager, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams in a complex environment.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
