What You'll Do
- Maintaining excellent client services is the company's driving philosophy.
- Personally demonstrate a commitment to Client First in promptly responding to clients’ needs.
- Meet or exceed client satisfaction measures.
- Mentor and train other engineers throughout the company and seek to continually improve processes companywide.
- Work closely with engineering professionals within the company in maintaining hardware and software needs for efficient and thorough completion of projects.
- Provide clear goals for all areas of a project and develop steps to oversee their timely execution.
- Be proactive about challenges or constraints within a project and seek to manage them accordingly.
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions, including materials, manpower, and time necessary.
- Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other team members.
- Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor the progress and implementation of initiatives.
- Establish milestones for necessary contributions from other departments and develop processes to facilitate collaboration.
- Travel to clients’ sites to install and maintain computer systems and networks, aiming for the highest functionality.
- Other duties as may be required.
