About The Role
The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support and coordination across multiple city-based locations. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistency in HR policies and procedures, and assisting with the recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and development efforts for employees located across different cities.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Partner with hiring managers and central administration to identify and address budgeted personnel needs.
- Manage and support recruitment efforts across multiple locations, including advertising job openings, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with local hiring managers to assess staffing needs and assist in the hiring process.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring consistency and compliance across locations.
- Ensure all new hires complete necessary documentation and are properly integrated into the company's culture and policies.

Compensation and Benefits
We provide a competitive salary : $66,760 - $ 71,760 annually.
Additional Compensation for certain positions : 8,33% of the annual base salary.
This is an Exempt position, and employees in this role are [not] eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state regulations.
