What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Lead - Growth position at TLV Partners?
A Seed-stage company in our portfolio - building a product at the intersection of finance, HR, and legal/compliance - is looking for a Marketing Leader to drive growth and build a name for their services. This is a great opportunity to take ownership, working closely with company leadership, and feel your impact every day.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee all marketing-based growth efforts, including paid, content/social, events and field marketing, etc.
- Build the infrastructure and processes needed for future growth
- Work closely with company leadership to define the product's messaging and brand
- Collaborate with Sales to develop and convert a healthy pipeline of customers
- Experiment and iterate constantly to find the strategies that work best for you
For this role, you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant marketing roles
- A strong focus on growth-marketing through a wide range of channels, particularly, content paid (e.g. LinkedIn) and events
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment
- A hands-on approach with the desire and ability to hire and manage a team over time
- Experience marketing to finance, HR, or legal teams is a huge plus
Only individuals currently based in the NYC area will be considered for this position.
Salary : $100,000 - $180,000
