Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct tax preparation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Assist in budgeting processes and provide forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Utilize PeopleSoft and Quicken for efficient financial management and reporting.
- Collaborate with the private equity team to analyze investment performance and reporting.
- Perform regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Support the accounting clerk in daily operations and reconciliations.
- Provide insights on financial services that can enhance operational efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft and Quicken accounting software is preferred.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial statement preparation.
- Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to forecast accurately.
- Experience in private equity or related financial services is a plus.
