Key Responsibilities:
- Manage system outages by keeping the customer informed through outage notifications
- Coordinate meetings among various members of IS based on customer requests
- Notify IS and Operations of changes (remediations) that will enter the environment
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
- 5 years of experience in IT, encompassing client relationship management, IS marketing, and expertise in process and product improvement
- Experience with:
-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
-ServiceNow
-Windows OS
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of job-related work experience OR 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate degree in any major
The hourly rate for this position is $45.49. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
