Job Responsibilities :
- Powder coating prep - wash and clean items and surfaces to be powder coated.
- Mask, plug critical item features. such as machined holes or other specified features as noted on work orders or as directed by lead or supervisor.
- Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, forklifts, or other transportation vehicles.
- Maintain correct part line density and handing standard as directed by lead or supervisor.
- Visually inspect parts as they are being hung or unhung on conveyor for imperfections or defects for quality control and assessment.
- Maintain job data for completed products to account for quantity and quality control as product is packaged for transportation.
- Attach identification information to ensure all outgoing products have proper documentation paperwork.
- Utilize correct packaging to protect completed products for shipping. This includes wrapping individual pieces to ensure there is no damage during shipping.
- Other duties related to day-to-day activities.
Qualifications :
Education and Experience Requirements :
Hours : 40 hours per week should be sufficient, but more hours may be required based on order activity.
