We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing international truck accessory brand. This role assists in developing and nurturing domestic and international distributor relationships while overseeing our direct fleet sales program.
Key Responsibilities:
Domestic Distribution:
- Foster Distributor Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with domestic distributors, providing dedicated support to enhance their sales efforts and foster long-term collaboration.
- Adapt Tmat for OEM Opportunities: Work closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to adapt and integrate Tmat into their product offerings, ensuring alignment with their specifications and timelines.
- Oversee Jobber Program for Truck Accessory Shops: Develop and manage a robust jobber program tailored for truck accessory shops, including promotional support and training to help shops effectively sell our products.
- Develop Custom Product Offerings: Collaborate with larger U.S. retailers to design and deliver custom product offerings and packaging solutions that meet their unique needs.
International Distribution:
- Oversee International Distributor Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with international distributors, serving as the primary point of contact to address their needs and support their success.
- Provide Marketing Support: Collaborate with distributors to develop tailored marketing strategies, including co-branded campaigns, promotional materials, and localized content to drive market penetration and sales growth.
- Develop and Track Sales Targets: Set clear performance metrics for distributors, regularly reviewing their progress and providing actionable feedback to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Support Market-Specific Customization: Collaborate with internal teams to adapt product offerings or packaging to meet the unique needs of various international markets.
Fleet Sales:
- Track Opportunities and Pipeline: Identify and pursue new fleet sales opportunities. Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools to monitor progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate on Custom Solutions: Work closely with our engineering department to understand client-specific requirements and develop tailored solutions, including product modifications and custom configurations.
- Drive Customer-Centric Innovation: Gather feedback from fleet clients to inform product development and continuously enhance offerings that meet evolving market demands.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex solutions to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other sales enablement tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, with time spent in distribution, aftermarket truck accessories, outfitting, or tools industries.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM tools for tracking pipelines, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data.
- Experience with marketing collaboration, including co-branded campaigns and promotional material development.
