Construction Worker

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring all materials and tools are organized and accessible.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, lifting heavy materials, and operating basic construction equipment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Help with the installation of structures, frameworks, and other construction elements as directed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and any safety concerns.

Experience

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Ability to follow directions accurately while demonstrating attention to detail.
• Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
