About the role
- Primary Responsibility The primary responsibility of the Drift PM Guest Experience Ambassador is responsible for the overall guest experience, while also performing a variety of Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security and / or Laundry duties to meet daily business needs. Additional responsibilities will include : maintaining proper quality assurance programs, work with Operations Manager / General Manager to ensure the property cleanliness is maintained, work closely with engineering to ensure rooms and property are maintained and any repairs are fixed. Mandatory Availability Thursday-Sunday.

Previous Hospitality experience / guest service experience in the hospitality industry.
The ability to multitask

Must exhibit good judgment while performing under pressure.

Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office and general computer usage
