Your challenges

The Chapter Lead Product Management will lead the change at an enterprise level to

move from an individual project funding and delivery model to a product model

and culture. This role involves delivering effective change within the product

team, tech team, and the wider enterprise. The Chapter Lead will not manage

products directly but will lead through others, ensuring their team has the

right skills, people, and culture to deliver to the One Atlas strategy.

Key Responsabilities

• People leadership of 12 product managers and BOAs, with potential for future growth
• Develop and implement career and performance plans to build a high-performing agile team with internal talent progression
• Create and execute a clear, enterprise product strategy including product structure and engagement model
• Lead an enterprise project-to-product transformation within Tech and across the enterprise
• Develop and implement product success metrics and manage the team to achieve them
• Manage product team resource plans
• Senior stakeholder management including customers and vendors
• Financial literacy and ability to manage a P&L if required
• Support Application Development Chapter Lead in implementing an engineering culture
• Assist Portfolio Senior Director in implementing an adaptive human-centric system of work1.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? 

• A degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of product management experience, including 5 years with full accountability for a complex program, portfolio, or product.
• At least 15 years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, scrum master, or product manager.
• 5 years of leadership experience with direct reports.
• 5 years of experience in an agile delivery culture.
• Experience managing ERPs or Enterprise Platforms as a product.
• Successfully led at least one project to product transformation.
• Airline or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential.
