Overview
This position will work out of our home office in Homosassa FL. TMC is in it's 30th year as a national therapy provider across the U.S. We are looking for a dynamic individual with extensive administrative assistant experience.
Responsibilities
- Organize programs, events, meetings, or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling event budgets
- This role will require travel
- Prepare expense reports
- Close coordination and support with the Vice president to manage meetings, calendars, and priority commitments
- Prepare electronic communications as needed
- Strong computer proficiency including Office Suite.
- Accurate typing and data entry skills.
- Ability to work and solve problems independently.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines within a team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail oriented
- Maintain confidentiality.
