Overview
Our SNF customer in Dothan AL is actively looking for an RN weekend supervisor. The facility offers short-term rehabilitation services including physical, speech, and occupational therapy, as well as long-term skilled care for those that might need that service. This is accomplished in a comfortable, home-like environment where our residents, families, and staff are able to experience a family-type atmosphere.
Saturday and Sunday - Hours are typically 7a to 7p
Responsibilities
Job Duties:
- Responsible for managing staff- Overseeing patient care- Medicare Skilled Charting- MDS support documentation- New admission and readmission assessments and documentation
The nurse supervisor also acts as an interface between staff, patients, and the patient's families, as well as the physicians.
Qualifications
Long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Must be licensed in Alabama.
