TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Entry-Level Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in San Antonio, Texas! (78209)

This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with TMD Staffing!

The Recruiter's primary objective is to recruit, interview, hire, conduct customer-specific orientations, place, monitor, and end assignments for temporary associates.

JOB TITLE :   Entry-Level Bilingual Staffing Recruiter

WORK ENVIRONMENT :   In-Person - Office Setting

SHIFT : Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

RECRUITER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure customer satisfaction by selecting and assigning qualified temporary associates.

Assign and monitor temporary associates' assignments.

Process background checks and complete drug testing of prospective temporary associates.

Manages and maintains correct and current information for the company's ATS, computer files, job orders, and weekly reports.

Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) put in place by Corporate.

Perform other duties as assigned.

RECRUITER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be bilingual (English / Spanish) to effectively perform and communicate with potential talent.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Previous experience working in customer service and / or temporary agency is a plus.

Communication skills. (written and verbal)

Ability to make independent decisions that have impacts on the organization.

Data entry skills.

Must have a valid DL, vehicle, and car insurance.
