Position Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead our GC projects from our office in Manhattan and on jobsite visits. This role is open to an experienced Project Manager who can work in a fast-paced setting on multiple projects in a busy small GC office. For the right candidate, we are open to training and teaching anyone who is ready to learn and grow with our small company.

- Project Budgeting / Bidding / Customer Proposal
- Project Scheduling
- Maintain and update job Contact Sheet
- Maintaining job folders
- Permitting
- Subcontractor biding and awarding
- Site logistics
- Quality control
- Lead & own project meetings
- Change management
- Cost management
- Subcontractor invoice routing for PO, CO and payments
- Managing project turnover, phased occupancy, and closeout
- Managing warranty requirements
- Supporting the project’s Superintendent & labor with coordination of work on site, including supply of adequate materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Ordering Materials for project.
- NY Permit Process & Out of state Permits & Licensing process & renewals
