Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead our GC projects from our office in Manhattan and on jobsite visits. This role is open to a candidate with 2-3 years of experience who can work in a fast-paced setting on multiple projects in a busy small GC office. For the right candidate, we are open to training and teaching anyone who is ready to learn and grow with our small company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Budgeting/Bidding/Customer Proposal
• Project Scheduling
• Maintain and update job Contact Sheet
• Maintaining job folders
• Permitting
• Subcontractor biding and awarding
• Site logistics
• Quality control
• Lead & own project meetings
• Change management
• Cost management
• Subcontractor invoice routing for PO, CO and payments
• Managing project turnover, phased occupancy, and closeout
• Managing warranty requirements
• Supporting the project’s Superintendent & labor with coordination of work on site, including supply of adequate materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Ordering Materials for project.

o DOB - permits
• Out of state Permits & Licensing process & renewals
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage details.
• Can do attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with technology and an eagerness to learn new systems.
• Experience or training/education in general contracting, project management, or leadership – a plus.
