The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client accounts within Mountain Division in Colorado. This role involves building strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the staffing industry.
Duties
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of client accounts in the Denver area, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to assess their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company goals.
Experience
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the staffing/Talent Acquisition field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs effectively.
-Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts successfully while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Knowledge of Mountain Division job market and local industries is a plus.
- Experience in Hospitality or/and construction field is a plus
