Associate Technical Coach works as a part of Care. As an Associate Technical Coach, you are providing real time support, conduct side by sides, influence valuable customer experiences, as well as handling escalations, and kudos calls. Conducting QR callbacks and partnering with the Coach on completing quality scores. There will also be a focus on leadership development skills. This role requires flexibility in shift and team assignment.Job Responsibilities:
