Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Strategy:
- Develop and execute targeted B2B email marketing campaigns aimed at attracting and engaging new business clients.
- Oversee the full email lifecycle—from concept and design to testing, execution, and analysis—to ensure impactful campaigns.
- Create and implement customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and relevant communication.
Content Creation & Design:
- Craft compelling, action-oriented email copy with clear calls to action that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing, brand-aligned email templates.
- Optimize content to support conversion goals across various stages of the customer journey.
Automation & Drip Campaigns:
- Set up and manage automated workflows to nurture leads and drive sales conversions.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to design and deploy drip campaigns for specific business segments.
- Continuously refine email automation sequences to improve key metrics such as open rates and lead conversion.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve business goals.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to maximize engagement.
Compliance & Data Management:
- Ensure all email campaigns comply with regulations, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant data protection laws.
- Maintain accurate email databases and contact lists, managing segmentation for targeted outreach.
- Monitor email deliverability and address any issues related to spam filtering or blacklists.
Collaboration:
- Partner closely with the sales team to align email marketing efforts with lead generation and acquisition goals.
- Work cross-functionally with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies or partners as needed for large-scale campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in B2B email marketing, ideally with a track record in the IT or cloud solutions industry.
- Proven ability to develop and manage high-impact email campaigns targeted at business audiences.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Apollo, Million Verifier, and other CRM systems.
- Strong copywriting skills with a knack for crafting concise, engaging, and action-driven email content.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing email performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, Google Analytics, and performance reporting tools.
- In-depth understanding of email marketing best practices, including compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and list management.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
