As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will:
- Play a critical role in supporting our team, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a welcoming and productive workplace environment.
- Take the initiative by proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and support the team through self-directed projects and tasks.
- Provide essential administrative and clerical support, such as managing schedules and coordinating office activities.

- Streamlined Operations: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members, facilitating effective workflows and processes.

- Dynamic Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients, visitors, and internal teams, directing inquiries or taking detailed messages as needed.
- Data Management: Input and manage critical data with precision, always maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Mail and Email Management: Sort incoming mail and forward emails to appropriate team members or departments for efficient handling.
- Office Management: Maintain a well-organized office environment, including managing supplies and equipment.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel plans, including booking hotels, to support team members’ business needs.
- Support Tasks: Assist various departments with clerical tasks and projects.
- Education & Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment and management software.
