As an HR Generalist, no two days are alike, with each day presenting newfound opportunity to support our teammates and strengthen our organization. In this exciting and challenging role, you may be called upon to support a variety of activities in the Human Resources Department. These activities may include, but are not limited to, recruitment of salaried and hourly positions, employee onboarding, coordination of relocation services, policy interpretation and guidance, employee relations, workplace investigations, employee training, assisting with health and welfare benefits administration, recordkeeping and HRIS administration, amongst other challenging assignments.
This position is hybrid requiring 3 days (T/W/Th) in office located in Horsham, PA
Qualifications
Required:
- Organized, resourceful, results-driven, service-oriented professional, with an attention to details and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Strong and persuasive interpersonal communication skills, to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Confident and professional presentation skills
- Flexible, resilient work style, with the ability to shift priorities
- A true team player, who puts the interests of the team ahead of their own
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or applicable field
- 2 years previous HR experience
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in HR or related field
- Professional certification from HRCI or SHRM
- HRIS Systems
