Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Design and implement data warehouse solutions to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using analytics tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and optimize the performance of BI applications and databases.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in big data, including Hadoop, to enhance BI capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience in Power BI and QLIKVIEW.
- Experience in ADLS (Azure Data Lake Storage).
- Need local candidates only.
- Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is must.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and manipulating data.
- Experience with data warehouse design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and processes for effective data integration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
