What are the responsibilities and job description for the Web Designer position at TMT?

If yes, then this opportunity is for you. We are seeking a Web Designer with a keen eye for aesthetic design and familiarity with StoryBrand principles to join our Digital team. You will be joining a collaborative team dedicated to maintaining and developing websites in low and no-code environments across various platforms including WordPress and our proprietary CMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new features and functionality for our websites ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Work closely with our development and marketing teams to achieve the best representation of our clients’ brands online.
- Actively participate in design reviews, providing creative input and insights.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Maintain, update and optimize existing websites to meet current web and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with WordPress, Figma, or other CMS tools like page builder.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your web design skills (Please include a link in your application).
- Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS; additional coding skills are not required but would be beneficial. We provide opportunities for learning and development in this area with the support of our skilled developers.
